How To Set Up your Sacred Meditation Area.

Although you can meditate doing most activities. It’s extremely refreshing to have meditation sessions in a special place. Just for you.

Such as when you want to heal and cleanse your chakras. Or when you want to have a long, deep meditation to connect with your subconscious.

So today, I want to share with you, a way to make a sacred area to meditate.

Make some room anywhere in your house. Where you can relax for meditations. Set up a beautiful table, a shrine so to speak, with the following contents.

  • Candles
  • Fresh flowers or a plant
  • Angels (Figurine, picture or books)
  • Crystals
  • Sage, oil burner or incense burner.

Choose four crystals to go around the four corners of the table. For example Hematite for grounding. Amethyst for calmness and aiding the crown chakra.

Any crystal that pulls you, or you feel will help you in the areas you need assistance in. Confidence, communication, or creativity.

As well as having crystals on the corners, I have much more spread across my meditation table. A piece of the earth, a rock from the cliffs of the Isle of Wight. Along with my meditation books.

I also keep a sage stick on my alter to cleanse my sacred space and myself prior to meditating, or whenever I feel like I need to release shit.

This is going to be your sacred place where you can go into yourself. Connect with your higher self, angels and guides.  Make it your own. If you want to add any other items you feel are important, then do!
