Healing Treatments in Swindon & Online
At Head to Soul, I offer a range of deeply healing 1:1 treatments from my peaceful sanctuary in Swindon, Wiltshire, as well as remotely online. These sessions are a space to come home to yourself. To rest, release, and reconnect with your own natural healing wisdom.
Whether you’re moving through a life transition, navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, or simply craving space to pause and breathe, these healing journeys are designed to gently meet you where you are.
You don’t need to push, do, or fix anything. You’re invited to simply be, to feel, to soften, to receive.
Some sessions are available in-person only (such as Sound Healing), while others (like Reiki and Akashic work) are also offered remotely. If you’re unsure which is right for you, just get in touch. I’m here to guide you toward what your body and soul most need.
Reiki & Sound Healing

This session blends the intuitive flow of Reiki with the deep resonance of sound to shift what’s ready to be released. Energetically, emotionally, or physically. 4 Intuitive Healing sessions

A space for your healing to unfold, exactly as it needs to. These sessions are completely bespoke, led by your energy, your intention, and where you’re at right now. Blending Reiki, sound, flame codes, Akashic healing, shadow work, or whatever tools are called forward. Each session builds on the last, allowing for deeper shifts and real integration. This isn’t just about healing, it’s about reclaiming your self, deep transformation and acceptance.
This is booked as a block of 4 in-person treatments, so we can work more deeply. Integrating, recalibrating, and tending to all that rises.
Akashic healing

The answers you’re looking for? They’re already within you. This session takes you into the Akashic Field, an energetic archive of your soul’s journey across timelines and lifetimes.
Guided by meditation, we’ll open your Akashic Records and meet your soul’s wisdom. You might explore past or parallel lifetimes that are still shaping your present. You might receive clarity on a repeating pattern, a soul contract, or your next steps. This is gentle but potent work. Reconnect to your truth, your path, and your power.
This two hour session can be in-person, in Swindon or remotely online.
Sound Healing Journey

Experience deep relaxation and energetic alignment with a personalised sound healing session. Using a blend of singing bowls, gong, shamanic percussions, and other vibrational tools, I guide you into a state of harmony and balance. These powerful frequencies help release tension, clear energetic blockages, and restore your natural flow, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.

Reiki Session

Rebalance your energy and restore inner harmony with a deeply soothing Reiki session. This gentle yet powerful healing practice channels universal life force energy to release blockages, reduce stress, and promote emotional and physical well-being. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, clarity, or energetic alignment, Reiki offers a safe and nurturing space for transformation.
I also offer Reiki sessions in person and remotely.
For children up to 12 years old, I offer remote Reiki sessions for £22.
