What happens before the treatment?

Once you click on the “book now” button and invested in your treatment you’ll be taken to a consultation form where we can delve into what you would like from your Reiki session.

I’ll then be in touch via email to arrange the perfect time for your treatment. 

Reiki works best when your mind is switched off, so we’ll arrange a time for you whilst you are asleep, or when you have a free hour to completely relax and unwind to be open to the powerful healing energy.

Reiki is conscious healing energy, not bound by space or time.

So, I can intend for Reiki to fill and surround you with healing loving energy at a time that is best for you, even if you live in another country, in a different time zone.

What happens during the distance Reiki treatment?

I begin by grounding and centring myself to become a clear channel of healing energy.

First I scan the chakra’s to detect which ones are unbalanced and begin healing and aligning those that need balancing. This is done with several techniques such as affirmations, Reiki infused crystal therapy, cleansing smoke, energy healing or moon water.

I will then scan your energy field to detect any areas that need special attention, this may be areas of built-up of energy or physicals discomforts.

Once I have identified where healing is is required I begin channelling the powerful healing Reiki energy. Taking notes of anything that pops during your session.

I will then cleanse the aura to remove any dislodged, unneeded, stagnant energy and seal the healing Reiki energy within your energetic body.

Finishing with a card reading from a deck of your choice which will be infused with Reiki light for divine guidance.

During the session we won’t be connected by technology this is so you can fully immerse yourself in this deeply relaxing experience.

Following your treatment, you will receive an in-depth email and a time-lapse video of your Reiki session.
