Us humans really have shot ourselves in the foot! The modern world we have created, enslaved by the monetary system orchestrated by greedy invisible fiends. Alongside living up to social norms and values hailed don own us by the guileful government and mendacious media; really can make our lives become rather chaotic and unbalanced quite regularly. So to keep you sane, here are 3 simple but effective practices that are guaranteed to help you stay well-balanced.
Being grateful is such a simple thing to do, but it is extremely powerful! First thing every morning when you wake and sit down to drink your coffee, list at least 3 things you are grateful for. It’s as simple that. You’ll soon start finding yourself naturally listing more and more things to be grateful, throughout the day!
My mum who suffers from severe anxiety and a mental illness proved just how powerful this simple practice can really be. The other night she was trying to explain something I didn’t quite understand and what she used as an example filled me with happiness. She said “You planted a seed into my mind by telling me to be grateful for 3 things every day. When I started, every day I would always list the same things… I’m grateful to have woken up, I’m grateful for my 3 children, I’m grateful for my animals. But that seed started to grow like a tree with branches. I started to be grateful for so much more, and saw the brighter side to situations in my life.”
Your Angels and guides are with you at all times. Continuously giving you love, support, and guidance along your journey of life. At times when you are worried about a situation or feel stuck in a rut, give your worries away to your angel and guides and ask them for guidance. I promise you, they will never let you down.
Now I have always been that person that has no clue what to do with my life. I have no Hobbies and no love for any careers out there. Being 21 and settled down, I started to worry as when I was told by a reputable psychic I was having my first child in two years time. Why? Because I still had no idea what my life purpose was. So, I asked my Angels to help bring me signs.
Since then I followed my gut instincts. I joined LinkedIn to build a connection with people who specialise in the one thing that I really love. Spiritualism and the beautiful truth of life and the Universe. I learned that there are so many different careers and avenues of spiritualism I have never seen before. People I started talking to generously gave me amazing information about myself that had not known. Just over a short period of time, this led me to a person that has kindly helped me along my spiritual journey. Now I know I am one of the souls that have come to earth at this amazing time with the mission to uplift humanity and the earth.
You may not see the result straight away but just remember, these beautiful beings have a much higher state of consciousness than ourselves and they know when the is the best time for you to receive the result, you may learn an important lesson before.
I know wherever you go on the internet at the moment, there’s are articles all over the place telling you to meditate, and that’s because it’s true. Unfortunately, our education system doesn’t teach the importance of this simple activity to us human’s beings. Studies have proven mediation to increase focus, clarity of mind, reduce stress, alter our genes, and even for those who suffer from illness and chronic pain it can provide relief. In our chaotic lives, it is so important to take 10-30 minutes out of the day to just relax and not have to worry about one tiny little thing. There are many brilliant guided meditations on Youtube.com and Apps you can download, such as Headspace.
“We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think. When the mind is pure, joy follows like a shadow that leaves.”
Buddha
If you struggle to meditate, don’t worry I used to too! Click here to find out how I turned it around.
