Reiki Level I Course

This deeply restorative session combines sound healing and Reiki to gently guide you in a blissful state of rest & digest. It begins with a full energetic scan of your chakras and body, identifying where there are any imbalances and blockages. 

From there, I work intuitively with Reiki and sound healing instruments such as crystal bowls and shamanic percussions. The two modalities work beautifully together,  to allow your body’s and higher-self’s healing wisdom to step forward. Allowing you to process, release and regenerate on every level, cellularly, emotionally, mentally and energetically,

We’ll finish by grounding your energy, sweeping and sealing your aura using Reiki. This helps the healing frequencies to integrate and remain active for as long as your system needs. 

 There is no set way for how these session are carried out. Every session is uniquely tailored to you.
