Reiki is a gentle restorative form of energy healing that supports your emotional, physical, and energetic wellbeing. It helps your system return to a state of balance, especially when you’re feeling overwhelmed, drained, or disconnected.
Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a Japanese word meaning universal life force energy. It is limitless.

It is the energy that flows through all living things. This same vital energy is known as Ki, Qi, or Prana in other traditions — flows through everything in existence. Practices like acupuncture, tai chi, and yoga also work with this life force.
When one’s life force energy is low and been depleted through stress, negative experiences and bad habits, the physical body can begin to suffer. Reiki acts like a river, rushing through your energy body, clearing energetic blocks and debris, restoring flow, and allowing your body’s natural healing processes to take over.
The fantastic benefit of Reiki like all holistic treatments is that it works on the whole you, at every level of being. Physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually Bringing the mind, body and soul into harmony.
You’ll lie down on a comfortable couch. I’ll scan your chakras and energy field to sense what’s needed. Then I place my hands gently on various places of your body channelling Reiki to specific areas that require support.
You may feel warmth, tingles, emotion rising, deep stillness, or simply a sense of peace. Each experience is unique, guided by your energy in that moment.
At the end of the session, I ground your energy, cleanse your aura, and seal your field to help integrate and protect the healing. I’ll also share any intuitive messages or guidance that arose, and offer suggestions to support you between sessions.
We are all interconnected energy, vibrating at different frequencies. Reiki is a very high vibrating healing energy, that is not bound by space nor time. In fact, many clients find remote sessions even more powerful, as they can relax in their own space without the stress of travel or being observed. This often allows for a deeper surrender and more profound healing.
What happens during the remote session?
At the agreed time, I’ll connect to your energy field and scan your chakras to see what’s in balance or needs support. I then harmonize and clear your chakras, channeling Reiki to wherever it’s needed most for your highest and greatest good.
To complete the session, I’ll ground your energy, clear your aura of anything that no longer serves you, and seal and protect your aura.
All you need to do is find a quiet space, set the intention to receive, and allow yourself to rest.
After the session, I’ll send a follow-up email within 24 hours with any insights or chakra messages that came through, including how imbalances might have been affecting you and how to support your continued healing.
Melt into the couch with relaxing resonance. You’ll begin with a grounding meditation to settle your body and mind. From there, your only job is to receive, letting the healing frequencies of sound wash through your entire system.
I use a carefully attuned combination of instruments including crystal singing bowls, gong, bells, and shamanic percussion. Each carries its own vibration, rhythm, and tone that interacts with your nervous system, brainwaves, and energy field in unique ways.
Sound healing works through entrainment , a natural phenomenon where your brainwaves, heartbeat, and breath begin to synchronise with the external frequencies you’re exposed to. This gently guides your body into a deeply relaxed parasympathetic state (often called “rest and digest”) where natural healing and restoration can occur.
Research suggests that just 20 minutes of sound-based meditation, such as with singing bowls, can help reduce cortisol (the stress hormone), enhance alpha and theta brainwave activity, and support balance between the left and right hemispheres of the brain. These brain states are associated with creativity, intuition, emotional release, and deep inner peace.
On an energetic level, sound can help clear stagnant or blocked energy, process unspoken emotions, and create more spaciousness in your body and mind. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, energetically drained, or just need to reconnect with yourself, this is a deeply restorative session.

This powerful two-hour journey dives deep into the Akashic Records. The energetic archive of your soul’s entire evolution. It holds everything: your past lives, karmic patterns, soul contracts, timelines, relationships, gifts, and all the sticky shit you might still be carrying.
