What is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a gentle healing modality that reconnects you with your body’s natural ability to restore balance and harmony. When used, Reiki works wholistically, cleansing, harmonising, and healing the multi-dimensional layers of people, animals, and all else in the natural world.
At its essence, the word itself means “universal life energy” – that vital force that flows through all living things.
Learning Reiki opens up a beautiful world of self-healing and supporting others. You don’t need any special abilities or particular beliefs to begin. Through attunements, simple techniques, and caring for your energetic body, you’ll discover how to channel this healing energy in a way that feels natural to you.
